California Fitness gym is really damn nice.
3 stories.
1st story = cardio floor. I've never seen so many treadmills in my life. or cross trainers.
2nd story = cardio + machines. a bunch of treadmills here too. amazing stuff.
3rd story = free weights & Machines. i never seen 2 inclined bench presses, and 2 flat bench presses in 1 gym. on top of that, their dumbbell rack was like OMG LONG! at least got 4-6 dumbbells of each weight. maybe about 8 benches. then somemore their barbell rack, also got easy bar and barbells. cool cool!
The machines there also look highly tempting to just go and try! so many machines i never seen before sia. zomg. where got machine need put plates to do lats one. damn cool la!

Friday : After school went shopping! Okay. it was half-shopping. Went SP, then Funan for lunch. Went challenger to look for my everglide t-1000, didn't find it. went to penisula to buy my canterbury bag.. and i found it! woot! i think its quite nice, but am lazy to upload photos. =X then went to watch fast and furious 4. not bad show. quite nice. =D. then went to play lan at parklane. dint get to go paragon. zomg. :X.
Saturday : Went for afternoon run! TOPLESS! really damn ownage, u run without shirt, under like 39 degrees sun. u see sweat all around la. damn songgggggggggg. then went swimming and tanning. good sun today, not like the other day. :X. after that astons, and usual activities.
Sunday : woke up at 1. gamed till 7. went for run. came back. pizza <3. printed out my tutorials and lectures. dint do any. play games. msn.

Saturday 18th April 2009.
2 Days before holidays end.
woke up at 11, after my friend called me, went back to sleep, and woke up again at 1140 when i was supposed to meet him at 12 =O. so i was late, like 30 minutes late. ate, then went to NP to meet the rest of the team. we took 174 and alighted at the stop after some hospital, on the edge of town. after a whole lot of blind walking, we found the field after 40 minutes. -_- 40 minutes of walking that is, and the weather yesterday... was not the most cooling of weathers.
Thought it was a sure lose game, but in the end, we won 3 tries to 1! wow AMAZING but sianed i almost scored 2 tries. ZZZ ALMOST. fuck. 1 I tripped over nothing, the other one i got KSED. ZZZZZ omfg. but quite song, not a single miss tackle, and i even chop their scrum-half! ownage! =D. all the line-outs we keep winning sia. fucking pwnage. and i played for 60 minutes in that fucked up weather. -_- i got an unwilling tan ):
I STILL AM STUCK AT 1 TRY FOR NP! OMG. SIAN-ED.
got a few injuries, but not much, i was expecting much more since it was so hot, and was playing on a grass field. =O.
At night was supposed to be the perfect night! Met my friend at dhoby, ate pasta mania, then went to paradiz to get some bets going for the night. so he bought almost exactly what i bought, except that he invested heavier into the arsenal v chelsea, while i invested heavier into my confident bets.
so went my friend's house, for drinking, cards and soccer! there was the 3 of us, so played some big two before the game, then during the game was chatting, peanuts and drinks! at first bought 4 bottles of spirits, and it was all finished before the game. lol. =| then during halftime, went to 7-11 and bought more peanuts. went back, whacked another bag of peanuts. full-time was cool! i won my confident bet, and my friend who followed me won too! it was on course to be the happiest and most high nights of the holidays, when we found our favorite drink! it was out of stock at sheng siong for like 4 months? we found it at 7-11 at buy 1 get 1 free! so we bought 7 bottles at the price of 3! the auntie was so nice to get us 1 more free!! ownage! <3
but unfortunately, later on, despite the early euphoria of arsenal leading, my friend became rather emo, because he lost his heavy bet. Well, i told him to buy more on my confident bet, and less on that match cos its just a fun bet. but regardless, he lost $30+. while i won quite a substantial amount. what was supposed to be the best night of the holidays, turned pretty sad because of chelsea... =( i was fine, but he wasn't... thats what happens when people expect soccer betting = win money. =(

but it was not all that bad though... just a little sadd.. =| rest was ok. then reached back his house after supper at 3+ lamed till 5+ then i slept till 630 then went home. slept another 4 hours, and im up and about again!
i want my canterbury bag! i shall buy u on friday! =D.

Today, went gym with some sore lats! AT LAST MY LATS CAN FEEL SORE! WOOOOOT. did delts, and 40mins cardio! and i lost 1.5KG since i got on my hydroxy! happy happy! =D then went to library, cos 2 assholes din't feel like going to play lan. -_-. heng heng after that, got people want go drink! so went to cascanden(nfi how to spell it) patio to have a light drinking session! and thats like the 3rd time drinking in one week. =X -enjoyed
Ownage! Decided to go rugby tomorrow, cause i was actually kinda "inspired" after watching SAJC v PJC on tuesday. Then today, wanted to msg my friend and say i not going, then i met my ex NP captain! hes a cool guy, and from SA too! then after all that talk about rugby... i'm 100% psyched for it tomorrow!
Tomorrow! 4PM Demsey field, loewen road behind botanic gardens. WTH is that? but at least meeting at school first, so i won't be lost =X.

Famous Ah Seah's Teochew Porridge! hahaha what i normally eat. the mustard is usually switched around though. the glass noodles there, is really epic nice for me. i dunno what the fux they put inside, but its really.. GODLIKE!! OMG. and the bachor, is really epic compatiable with the porridge! salty + plain = heaven's match. Ok, i think my description is abit crazy. but whatever. lmao. no more craziness! hahaha
K today went YCK gym, rofl. one of the better gym for many reasons, except the place is populated with people of a different race than chinese, and also... the water cooler is warm, and its in the toilet... damn mafan. and getting there is LONG O_O. then went to buy liquor for the night. 9 coronas, 3 hoegardens, 6 heineken big cans, 3 barcadis. decided to not drink hard, cause like very messy need cups and all that junk. but the hard there is damn cheap. $38 for absolut vodka. $50+ for chivas. but the beer and other stuff was rather average prices. slightly below only. $3.2/corona $3.5/hoegarden.
so went my friend's house... pokered... talked cock... joked around... someone got high... again. drank... pizzas... ownage. won in poker! lool!
And so, this saturday im going to play back rugby for NP! after like a 4 months hiatus. =| hahaha. suddenly got ppl msg me go play match, cannot pung seh i think, even though im seriously thinking of pung sehing him now. =|. ill go figure tomorrow hahahah.

On friday went HIIT at Serangoon Stadium!
damn crowded at like 6+ in the evening, so at first was contemplating either jogging all the way, or trying to do intervals.
in the end, we jogged 2 rounds warm-up, and did 6 full sprints. sound little? well please go ahead and try, 6 full sprints. then tell me its little. and its like sprint 100m, walk 150m, sprint 100m.
and till today, monday, my hamstrings are murdering me. sucks!

Ownage.
Just slept for like 11 hours.
my longest sleeping hour, since last week. the 2nd night in this holiday, that i really slept till song song.
And my tonsils are finally okay!
Well, they were ok on wednesday, just been lazy to blog. hahaha.
all that many packets of medicine, was a total waste of my time. and some tasted pretty bad too :>, and so obviously i dint finish any rofl.
been on my hydroxy for like a week, and it's safe for me to say that there has been some results.
A friend who haven't seen me for like 3 weeks, went like.
"OMG WY, WHY U LOOK SO THIN NOW."
and he went on to guess my weight which was 6KG lighter than I actually was.
THAT JUST MADE MY DAY LA. HAHAHA.

omfg la for $1, the chicken fillets i ate was just godlike la. somehow i find it like damn juicy, and honestly, if i ate at some western restaurant, and had to pay $27 or what for the quality of chicken i just ate, i wouldn't mind. somehow. i just find it totally nice! omg.

this fucking tonsils of mine, that is, something in ur mouth, near ur throat. is killing me. it makes me wake up at fucking 8am in the morning, cause when its too dry, it hurts like mad. then i gota drink water, then go back to sleep. then when i eat, i swallow, and it hurts like mad too. eat any chocolates, oily stuff, curry, hot stuff, chilli any thing. and i fucking love my chilli.

6 different type of medicines. WTF?
Went to the doctor just now, and i told him i got a problem with my tonsils. so he looked into my mouth, and spotted some ulcers on my tonsils. then afterwards he asked me to take my temperature for i dunno wad fux. and it turned out to be 38.1 degrees fever. ouch.

at least, i know its not cancer. actually i knew yesterday cause i was doing my research online. wahahaha.
and so im grounded from gym today. omg. wanted to do another lats workout, and doing it at bishan would be just total l33t, cause they got a T-BAR! WOOO. nvm looks like ill save my lats for next week. =O.

Tuesday the 31st of March. Today was a bad day in many ways more than one. woke up at 11+ with a fucking headache, and body feeling weak. It could be due to my over-exertion the previous day, i dun know. Played some games, and my headache became muchhhh worse. so at about 2+ i decided to sleep until 4+ then I was supposed to go out to meet my friends. in that 1hour+ of supposedly sleep, i was bloody wide awake. The headache was killing me, and seriously, everywhere felt damn tired, but can't sleep.
So at 420, my friend woke me up from my supposed "sleep" and i went to meet him. chilled around serangoon till like 6+ then took 105 to orchard. tried to sleep on the bus too, didn't work at all. -_- well for dinner we had chippys! at far east branch =D. after that we met the rest of the people, and went to patio to drink. keep telling me im in the wrong mood to drink... of course la, fuck i feel so goddamn tired, i come out just to not ps u nia, cos u say u going japan -_-.
But well, something very interesting happened. So after a break, we went back to our seat, with some American red shirt dude talking to my 2 other friends. to cut the conversation short, he was like, do u want me to ask some blonde chicks here? then my friend was like yes, why not. and he was so fucking serious, 3 mins or so later, 4 blonde girls really came to our table, and sat down. fucking cheap sluts, if we buy them shots, then they'll sit with us. then we were all like... wtf? we aint gonna treat them shots? then the fucker who said yes, had to go undo everything. and for the icing on the cake, those 4 sluts, stole our pack! ZZZZZ.
road home was damn bad. my legs felt numb. almost never did i feel so tired before. or was it more like sick? Also felt like i was running a fever. zzzzz. thats why, last night I probably slept the earliest i would ever sleep this holidays. I reached home at 11+, and slept at 11+ without even touching my computer. FTW. 1st time i did that!
Now, i feel slightly better, a little feverish, but i think i would chill for 1 more day, before trying anything stupid again. lol.
Slept from 1130pm to 930am, and from 11 to 130, and 330 to 500 thats omg 13 hours! i never slept so much in my life! =O
