i officially am a sicko for today!

as in physically one.

couldnt sleep much last night, although i tried to sleep from 1130 -_-

i am so screwed. omg

now trying some recuperative measures, hope ill be ok by 9pm! so i can grind a little ;D

ok it dosent work. now is 955 and my nose is leaking more than ever.

but there is no way im gonna spend a friday evening in bed dying.

one of the only ways is im too weak and tired to even play.

but ya i still will be sleeping soon. probably 1 or 2 more runs or maybe 3 then ill go sleep.

tomorrow am looking forward to my workout after failing to go for 2 days.

Today talked to my gym trainer, and he told me im doing so many things wrongly ..!! T_T, but well, its constructive criticism, so sure! keep em coming! =D im gonna go join him for his workout on saturday. guess its gonna be chests and biceps. Realised i am doing wrongly my cardio, and shouldnt be hitting the gym so many times a week -_-, so im gonna revise it a little

Monday : 645am - 710am Run Rugby 5-7
Tuesday : Gym from 1-2+
Wednesday : 745am - 810am Run Rugby Maybe? 5-7
Thursday : Gym from 1-3+
Friday : Run from 645am - 710am NOTHING! =D
Saturday : Gym - dependant on mood
Sunday : 745am - 810am Run Swimming!

I guess it will be kinda exhausting with my new INTENDED workout schedule, and im already feeling tired already.

Yesterday = Biceps, 30 minutes inclined cardio / sprints

10kg/side bar curl
12.5kg/hand hammer curl

25 minutes 5.5km/h @ 11.0 incline
4 minutes of sprinting. 14,16,18


Today = pectorials, 20 Minutes Inclined Cardio

26KG/hand inclined dumbbell
20KG/hand flat dumbbell o_O
20kg/side flat bench press

20 Minutes of 5.5km/h @ 11.0 incline

Monday - Gym from 1pm - 2pm , Rugby 5-7

Minimizing the amount of whinyness in this post, i have tried to change, but obviously there isnt much results, as i am still unable to break through a restricting barrier. but whatever, there are so many people alike me, but yet unlike me. Although it may be true that i would like to enter one, but for me to appear so nonchalant about it, when i am actually not, leaves me with little to hope for, or work towards. though i may feel a little out of place, or miserable to a little extent, this is the life i chose. Although i may be drifting away from my more "self-confined" life, there are attitudes that i picked up throughout that duration, that cling onto me, and i am powerless to shake that off.


I like the idea of fate, but i never indulged in the realism of it. Despite all the coincidences in my life(that i would regard), it all boils down to a simple conclusion. null, zero, nothing. And now, i look at myself in the mirror, imposing illusions into my mind, silently hoping that fate has came knocking again. again. again. But actually, its rather plain, and transparent, and that is I am highly self-delusional and all the thoughts, is kinda nonsensical, and the likelihood of those coming true, is regrettably next to nil. Why? Cause i don't even try. Perceiving it in a more honest light, i'm afraid to try.


But then again, for me to feel such anxiety, and maybe envy, may be a minor testimonial of my resolution. But then again... it won't work out. unless the unthinkable happens...



enough of that inner-sanctum thoughts, time for some more happy stuffs!

Quite a couple of cool things happened recently, and if not for the fact im lazy, i will probably updated more stuff.

First up was prawn fishing last saturday, woke up @ 6AM just to go prawn fishing, and we had to cut up some piece of bloody liver as bait. very disgusting, but got used to it, and i TRIPLED my efficiency. i love prawn fishing... last time i went, some old man taught me(us) for that matter, the technique of pulling up the prawns. sounds retarded? what technique? go try prawn fishing, and when u catch maybe 7 in 3 hours, u will get what i mean. =). those 20 prawns... went into 1 spaghetti on monday for me! Lol! man it looked good. at least to me... =X



Then was going Chinese Garden Swimming complex for a "swim". its not really swimming, its more of a waterpark, with things like lazy pool, wave pool, slides, etc etc. kinda fun and refreshing as opposed to the monotonous venues of entertainment normally patronised.

Last of all was going Brewerkz yesterday, whereby we went b4 6, and we got 4 jugs of stuff. those birch nuts ordered new shit they never drank before, and all sucked. only my golden ale was nice ^^. i down about 1 jug around there, after they coped like 600ml of mine -_-. then ate chippy! chippy good shit too.. woots. reached home, had a SKOTH match, felt abit of headache, and very tired, so lost, and lost real bad. 2-0? and best part, is i didn't even bother to micro at all.

and today, have to go back to school to fix my laptop, which reformated, and is without any microsoft office applications. damn ma fan zzzz.

S.H.E album came out on 22/9/08. which was 1 week ago. once again, they are jumping genres, and now it has a retreo feel to it, which is kinda funky and new. alot of nice songs, well maybe cause im a fan... but whatever.

Miss universe.

all is gosu songs and the album must be experienced from track 1 all the way to the end, as they take turns to play DJs, and play their songs. really very daring attempt at revolutionizing the chinese pop market.


And ya. wtf im dreaming of the past, somehow i saw her again. weird, but oh well... its not a bad thing anyway.. =O. and oh well, it seems like MOS closed down? i was working at Clarke Quay on sunday during F1, which is supposed to be bustling with business, and MOS was closed!? and whats more the signboard disappeared. i haven't even went in yet. zomg. =(


And ya i been meeting lots of friends recently coincidentally. From serangoon gardens, to even peace center. and not only gaming friends, but RL friends. weird. and LASTLY. i won my first SKOTH game! supposedly was supposed to play by sunday, well i was at Clarke Quay, so i told him to w/o me. but apparently he didn't want to, and i appreciate that, although i really didn't mind. we played yesterday and i won him 2-0, playing against his elves with UD on TS, and HU on EI. what happened yesterday, just makes me feel like playing WC all over again.

AND I CAN GODDAMN HOST NOW!!!
I NEED AT PARTNERS!!! =(
