This holiays is going to be a rather "packed" holiday by my standards.
1) BMGT Project
2) BLAW Project
3) FFA Nonsense
4) LMS Project
5) IAC Project
6) Whatever thats left of my e-learning junk
This holiday, im going to go through massive ripping. Hopefully i got sufficient conviction to bring me through effectively 2-3 weeks, of control. Now the vein on both my biceps is relatively visible, the striations(god knows how to spell this) is rather defined on my upper chest. decent triceps, improving lats and deltoids. my quadriceps... calves have always been good, and after yesterday's session, it seems really in good form. abdominals are also progressing well, with a near visible 4 packs! sometimes can see. sometimes cant. =|
And yes the most saddening thing about ripping? or maybe most "exicting" to some? the diet, and the cardio. 6-7 meals a day... means a shit lot of cooking. more cooking = more washing up = more tired = more lazy = stop cooking eventually = no more diet. cardio. usual boring stuff. 25-30 mins on average on a inclined treadmill, walking like 4-5.5km/h damn fast eh? amplifies the boring factor.
probably the most perfect diet i can amass...
1) 4 Eggs + 1x scoop whey (48g)
2) 500ml Milk (25g)
3) Chicken Breast/ Canned Tuna (40g)
4) 2.5 Scoops Whey (60g)
5) 500ml Soyabean Milk (20g)
6) Fish Soup (15g)
7) 250ml Milk (12.5g)
220.5g of protein! WOOOT!
