Day # 1 Completed.

Had 6 meals today

1) 5 Eggs (21g) 2 yolks only
2) 200ml Soy Milk (8g)
3) 210g boiled chicken fillet (45g)
4) 2.5 Scoops whey (60g)
5) 200g boiled chicken fillet (43g)
6) 350ml Soy Milk (14g)

Total : 191g! not too shabby =D

morning went for a 1.6km run, afternoon went for a gym session, really all it did was to get rid of the shit i ate yesterday. did shoulders + traps, forearm killing me, couldn't really do alot. but still decent ba... traps was totally bad. Lousy bench, no straps, nuthing. -_-.
