Day # 2 of Ripping Regime

Today = Deltoids, small emphasis on triceps

22kg/hand dumbbell press
12kg/hand vertical lift(not too sure whats this called)
12kg/hand dumbbell raise(not too sure either =|)

Triceps with Lat Pulldown @ 65
Triceps with pulley @ 35

Today had another 7 meals!

#1 - 3/4 slice of bread @ 710
#2 - 2 scoops of whey protein @ 945
#3 - 1 Packet of soy bean milk @ 1200
#4 - 1 hotdog bun @ 2
#5 - 4 oatmeal biscuits @410
#6 - Strawberry Cream Bun @ 740
#7 - Mixed vegetable rice w/o rice @ 830
