I swear i need a new pair of wrists. No, im not talking about any MMORPG. but i mean my personal wrists. my wrists are incredibly weak. its like when im doing my usual 55lbs of biceps curl, the thing that hurts or feel very tired is not my biceps, but incredibly so, its my wrists. its as though, the bone would break anytime, that kind of feeling. zzz. and supposedly im supposed to only use forearm. but i dunno why my wrists hurt. -_-. bench press also. knn. i roll the hook out, and do. first set, no problem. 2nd, 3rd and 4th onwards. my wrist will start to hurt immensely. zzz. some fuck kind of shit. of course, dumb bell presses also have the similar effect. even when i do triceps, my wrists hurt too. god i need a new set of wrists. as a result, instead of doing 4x10s. i do a little less, becos my wrist bth liao. hais. some bullshit. or maybe im doing it abit wrongly. but i doubt so.
